Equipment Overview:
 
Model gd-2000b Rotorless vulcanizer is the most widely used instrument for rubber quality control, rapid inspection and basic rubber research in rubber processing industry. It provides accurate data for rubber optimal formula combination, and can accurately measure parameters such as scorch time, positive vulcanizer time, vulcanization index, maximum and minimum torque, etc.

1. The rotor free vulcanizer adopts the latest version of the most advanced software in China, which has the characteristics of fast heating (within 3 minutes) and high temperature control accuracy.
 
2. The rotor free curing instrument adopts alpha closed mold cavity structure, which is in the leading position in the world.

4. The advanced alpha closed mold cavity structure is adopted in the rotor free vulcanization instrument. The rotating cavity and the fixed cavity are sealed by the imported sealing ring. Moreover, the structure of the closed mold cavity is completely different from that of the general open mold cavity, and its precision, requirements and advancement are not comparable. The repeatability of closed mold cavity is completely consistent, which is in the leading position in the world.
 
Working principle of rotor free vulcanizer:
 
The rubber sample is put into a nearly completely closed mold cavity and kept at the test temperature. There are two parts in the mold cavity. The lower part moves in a small linear reciprocating motion (oscillation). The vibration makes the sample produce shear strain. The reaction torque (force) of the sample to the mold cavity is measured. The magnitude of the torque (force) depends on the shear modulus of the rubber compound.
 
After curing test, the shear modulus of the sample increases, and the computer displays and records the torque (force) in real time. When the torque (force) rises to the stable value or maximum value and even returns to the state, a curve of torque (force) versus time is obtained, that is, the curing curve (as shown in Fig. 1). The shape of the curve is related to the test temperature and the characteristics of the rubber compound.

It is the most important testing instrument for developing new products, studying compound formula, controlling rubber quality and rubber basic research and application. It is widely used in all walks of life of rubber products.

Equipment installation requirements
 
1. Installation site
 
The ground is flat and well ventilated. There is no strong vibration around the equipment. There is no strong electromagnetic field around the equipment. There are no inflammable, explosive, corrosive substances and dust around the equipment. There are appropriate use and maintenance space around the equipment, as shown in the figure below
 
1. External temperature: 27 ℃± 3 ℃, relative humidity: ≤ 85%, air pressure: 86kpa ~ 106kpa
 
2. There should be a certain space around the equipment to facilitate maintenance, as shown in the right figure
 
A: not less than 10cm B: not less than 60cm C: not less than 60cm
 
2. Power supply conditions
 
1. Power supply: AC220V two wire + protective ground wire
 
Allowable voltage fluctuation range: AC (220 ± 10%) V

4. Requirements for storage environment
 
1. When the equipment is not working, the ambient temperature should be kept within 5 ℃ ~ + 30 ℃
 
How to use the Rotorless vulcanizator:
 
1. Before the test, the test operator shall carry out safety inspection on the equipment and auxiliary equipment, check whether the power supply, air source, data line, screws of each component are loose, and whether there are sundries in the moving beam and guide rail. The machine can be started up under the condition that all parts of the equipment are safe.
 
2. First, turn on the air compressor. When the working pressure rises to more than 0.4MPa, turn on the power supply of the equipment, turn on the measurement and control system on the control computer, and prepare for the test.
 
3. Set the test parameters according to the test purpose, input the file name, check whether the heating button is on, input parameters such as time and temperature, and start heating.
 
4. Determine whether to use calibrator for instrument calibration according to the test needs.
 
5. After the temperature rises to the set value, separate the cut rubber sample into the mold cavity with cellophane, and click "start" on the equipment host to start the test.
 
6. Observe the test process, when the system prompts "the whole experiment is over", save the experimental results according to the prompts, analyze the test results in the system, and print the test report as required.
 
7. After the test is completed, close the current file system first, take out the film in the mold cavity, clean the mold cavity, put down the bell jar, and turn off the power supply of the test host.
 
8. Clean the equipment and its surroundings, and do a good job of equipment maintenance.
