Introduction:
The testing machine adopts the frame structure of welded steel plate, single rod double acting piston cylinder exerting test force, cylindrical pin inserting sample, load sensor measuring force. According to the sample specification length, the tensile space can be adjusted step by step. The computer screen controls and displays the test force and test curve, and automatically processes the test data according to the requirements of the test method. This machine is a special equipment for tension test of hoisting belt, chain and rope products one by one. It is used for tension load and damage tests of hoisting belt products one by one. It requires flexible and convenient operation, slow and stable loading and strong bearing capacity of the body.
 
Brief introduction of overall scheme
1. Host system:
The main engine is mainly composed of oil cylinder seat, cylinder piston, moving beam, fixed beam and load sensor. The oil cylinder base, steel plate welding frame, moving beam and fixed beam form the stress frame. The moving beam and the fixed beam are equipped with tensile clamps to hold both ends of the sample. The single rod double acting low friction piston cylinder drives the moving beam to move under the action of hydraulic oil, so as to apply the test force to the sample. The fixed beam and the stressed frame are connected by bolt, and the test space is adjusted manually.
 
2. Oil source (hydraulic power) system:
The oil source system is composed of oil pump motor unit, oil tank (including valve group and supporting facilities), pipeline system and strong current system.

3. Control, measurement and display system
3.1. The special proportional servo valve of hydraulic testing machine is used to control the loading of test force, which is easy to operate;
3.2. Microcomputer control technology is adopted to maintain the load of test force;
3.3. The load sensor measures the test force;
3.4. The computer screen displays all kinds of test data, draws the test force time curve, and automatically processes the curve data;
3.5. It has complete file operation and data storage functions, and the test data is completed in ASC II code, which is convenient for user's secondary data processing;
3.6. Printer printing test report;
3.7. Complete safety protection device:
3.8. When the test force exceeds 2% - 5% of the maximum test force of each gear, overload protection and system unloading are carried out;
3.9. When the piston displacement reaches the limit position before and after the stroke protection, the oil pump motor stops.
 
Itemized description of technical scheme
1. Host description
1.1. The whole frame adopts steel plate welded frame structure, and the main structure of the system is composed of front and rear collet seats, oil cylinders and front cross beams;
1.2. The rear chuck seat is manually pushed to adjust the test space step by step;
1.3. The shape of the main engine is designed on the basis of meeting the technical requirements of horizontal test equipment. The shape is simple and clear, the proportion is coordinated and the color is reasonable, so that the stability, safety and beauty of the test equipment are perfectly unified.
2. Technical description of loader:
100kN main cylinder loader
2.1. The structure of single output rod and double action is made by precision machining technology;
2.2. The imported glee ring and strobe sealing components are adopted to ensure the low damping characteristics between the oil cylinder and the piston;
2.3. The load sensor is used to measure the axial force of 100kN, and the displacement is measured with high precision;
2.4. The ball joint support and flange plate are directly installed on the head of piston rod to realize the connection with high precision load sensor.
3. Moving device of rear chuck seat:
3.1. The movement of the rear chuck seat is pushed by hand and the test space is adjusted step by step;
3.2. The movement of the rear collet seat is driven by the supporting trolley on the guide rail to adjust the test space and test the tensile force of the sample;
3.3. The adjustment range of test space is 1000-3000mm.
4. Oil source system (pumping station)
1. A set of 10L / min, 30MPa constant pressure pump group:
1) It is applied to 300KN main loader;
2) Adopt domestic famous brand motor, import low noise high pressure gear pump.
4.2. The motor is equipped with vibration damping device (damping pad is selected) to reduce vibration and noise;
4.3 oil tank: totally enclosed standard oil tank with a volume of 80 l, equipped with oil temperature gauge, oil level gauge, precision pressure filter, air filter, etc., and equipped with oil temperature, liquid level, oil resistance protection and indication device, and corresponding high-precision oil filter device according to the use requirements of oil circuit.
4.4 strong current control system: the operation console adopts desktop structure, which is arranged in the test operation area, and has a specially designed operation panel to make all kinds of test operation clear at a glance.
It also has the function of automatic shutdown or alarm such as over temperature limit, oil filter blockage and low liquid level;
4.5 pipeline system: the hydraulic pipeline of main cylinder loader and chuck actuator is connected by high-pressure hose.
5. Control system:
1. The dual channel control board adopts digital circuit with the same structure, which improves the interchangeability of each channel;
2. The computer screen completes the integrated data control display and test curve display function;
3. The function of data storage is perfect, which can be used for historical data reproduction and graphic display;
